Please join us in supporting the Russos cover medical expenses as Nick recovers from a life-threatening epidural hematoma he suffered during a rec-league softball game.
“Eight months ago, my life changed in an instant. Since then, I’ve faced challenges I never imagined, but I’ve also experienced an incredible amount of love and support that has helped carry me through the hardest days of my recovery. While this journey has tested me in every way, it has also shown me how strong people can be when they are surrounded by those who truly care. Every milestone I’ve reached has been made possible not only by hard work and determination, but by the encouragement of family, friends, and an entire community that has refused to let me walk this road alone. I want to take a moment to thank this incredible community. The love, prayers, messages, donations, visits, and constant encouragement have meant more than I could ever put into words. During some of the hardest days of my life, many people reminded me that I am not fighting this battle alone. The support has lifted me up, given me hope, and helped carry both me and my family through this journey. I am forever grateful. I also want to give a special thank you to the people who organized this fundraiser. The time, effort, and generosity it takes to do something like this is truly remarkable. Knowing that someone cared enough to rally support on my behalf is something I will never forget. Your kindness has made a real difference in my life and in my recovery. My journey is far from over, but I am proud of how far I’ve come and hopeful for what lies ahead. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me, prayed for me, encouraged me, and believed in me. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. And to my amazing wife, thank you for dropping your life to pick up mine. Thank you for standing by me every single day, for believing in me when things felt impossible, and for loving me through it all. I love you so much, Paige. I truly don’t know where I would be without you.”
